The resort offers weekly activities for you enjoyment. This resort is a gated community with 24 hour security guards. It is a 15 minute drive from both Historic Cape May with it's many beaches, restaurants, shopping and Victorian architecture and Wildwood with it's beaches and amusement parks. Your annual $7,200 fee includes water, sewer, trash and recycling. You don't own the land so there are no property taxes! The resort is open from May 1st until October 31st.
