Steamboat Sotheby\u2019s International Realty is pleased to announce that twelve of our brokers were among those recognized in the 2021 REAL Trends <\/em>\u201cAmerica\u2019s Best<\/a>\u201d rankings. The annual report is a summary of the top independent real estate agents and teams in the United States.<\/p>\n

The list includes over 18,000 residential real estate professionals from every state and those ranked are among the top 1.5% of 1.4 million real estate professionals in the country. Of the seventeen agents from Steamboat Springs on the list, twelve are represented by Steamboat Sotheby\u2019s International Realty.<\/p>\n

In the state of Colorado in the Individuals by Transaction Sides category, rankings include Cam Boyd (#43) and Pam Vanatta (#66). In the Individuals by Volume category, Pam Vanatta was ranked #8 in Colorado, followed by Cam Boyd (#18), Arlene and Andrew Zopf (#111), Darrin Fryer (#119), Darlinda Baldinger\/ChLoe Lawrence (#137), David Baldinger, Jr. (#154), Colleen de Jong (#157), Adrienne Stroock (#192), Cindy Macgray (#203), Doug Labor (#258), and Lisa Olson (#296). Steamboat Sotheby\u2019s was the most represented firm on the list.<\/p>\n

The rankings of Steamboat Sotheby\u2019s International Realty professionals exemplify SSIR\u2019s status as the premier real estate firm in Northwest Colorado, the professionalism and experience of its agents, and the power and reach of the Sotheby\u2019s International Realty brand, resources and tools.<\/p>\n

To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2020. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume.<\/p>\n
