Holly Rogers

A Colorado native, Holly Rogers has joined Kathy Steinberg and Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty as a licensed real estate broker assistant. Over the past 30 years, Holly was involved in the residential mortgage banking business, helping people obtain the dream of home ownership. The mortgage experience helped shape Holly’s real estate knowledge from the financing side of the business, but also built a solid background in listening to clients' needs and negotiating them through the buying process. Understanding that the buyer is going through a sometimes emotional and certainly a large financial process has helped Holly empathize with the client every step of the way.
Holly has called Steamboat Springs her home since 1992 and has worked with a variety of projects over these years. Helping many homebuilders, both spec and custom, with the complete process of financing and budgeting a project has helped her understand the building process from the start of the foundation to the point to the certificate of occupancy. As well as working with builders and high- end buyers, Holly has also helped many first time homebuyers through the process of buying their own home using a multitude of different financing options. Holly has built a solid reputation on being able to get the job done and make the process as enjoyable as possible. While in the mortgage business she worked as a loan originator, processor, closer and studied and executed many marketing strategies, which will translate into helping many home sellers in the marketing their homes for sale. She is very excited to be affiliated with Kathy and Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty to continue to serve the buyers and sellers in a highly professional and effective manner. Holly has received many top producer awards for her mortgage loan production.
