Originally from the Philippines, Cory has been living in the Washington Metropolitan area for over 30 years. She has an MBA (George Washington University) and a Master of Science in Taxation (American University). After serving as a technical expert for over 20 years at corporations and Big 4 accounting firms, Cory moved to a business development role, becoming a top sales executive. In 2014, after a short respite from the corporate train, Cory found a new mission in real estate advisory. Today, she is living her best life, loving and creating new relationships, and giving her best client service.

Cory and her husband Joe - who spent 35 years at the World Bank Treasury serving numerous developing countries, maintain residences in Washington, D.C., Clifton, VA and Westport Island, Maine - where their family gather to hike, kayak, nature walk, go fishing and feast on lobsters.
They have 2 daughters, Charisse and Christianne, who attended the National Cathedral School in DC and subsequently matriculated at Colby College and University of Pennsylvania - for which Christianne still coxes the Penn Women's Alumni Varsity rowing team. Charisse works at Block, Inc., formerly Square, Inc., a financial services and digital payments company and Christianne is at Bumble, a social network that allows building empowered connections. Their household also includes 4 Chihuahuas – Milo, Otis, Walter and Claudia.
Cory is a member of the Board of Directors of The John S. Mulholland Family Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity organization with a mission to feed the working poor of Washington, D.C. She is also an avid supporter of St Paul Parish, Philippines, focusing her resources on alleviating hunger among the poor.
