Adam Isaacson is the founder of The Adam Isaacson Team and a Senior Vice President at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. He started his real estate career in 2011 at Long & Foster Real Estate where he quickly became a top agent in their Chevy Chase office. He was raised in Potomac, Maryland and is a graduate of The Bullis School and The University of Maryland, College Park. Adam has had a long track record of sales beginning his career selling copiers door to door for the Xerox Corporation and he deepened his entrepreneurial roots when he founded his first company, Campus Textbooks. The company sold textbooks to private and Catholic schools throughout the United States. It had impressive growth and was eventually sold to a publicly traded company
Adam applies that same entrepreneurial focus on results to his real estate business throughout the Maryland and Washington, DC regions. Having managed operations and sales teams throughout his career, he implores strong operational efficiencies which he created for his team, while at the same time approaching his role with clients as an empathetic, dependable, down to earth partner. Adam is data driven and obsesses about market trends and neighborhood home values to ensure his clients make smart and well-reasoned real estate decisions for their future.
Adam lives in the East Bethesda neighborhood of downtown Bethesda with his wife Nina, an avid runner and lover of her COVID dogs Tucker and Rosie! For over 20 years she has been a Public Defender attorney in Washington, DC doing educational advocacy on behalf of children. They have three children Annie, Owen and Nate and Adam is actively involved in his children’s sports teams and in the Bethesda community where he works and lives. He is the founder of the Bethesda Elementary Fun Run which raises money for the school. He was also instrumental in the fundraising of nearly $50,000 during the pandemic from the Bethesda community to place food orders with local restaurants and have it delivered to local hospital workers. In addition, Adam is an active fundraiser for the locally based non-profit, So What Else, that provides essential services to underserved communities in the Baltimore and Washington Metro region.
