George hails from Indiana, where - as Hoosiers do - he learned to shoot hoops on the side of the barn on his family’s farm. To his clients, George is appreciated for his down to earth personality, his steady, easy manner, and for his meticulous attention to detail. George’s constant commitment to his clients is to ensure that every aspect of the real estate transaction goes smoothly, and that all the moving parts of a transaction come together on time.

Licensed in Virginia since 2005, George has specialized in working with buyers and sellers of unique properties, farms and estates, and land. He makes it a priority to really get to know his clients, their families and their preferences. He does a masterful job of matching properties with clients’ specific needs.

Prior to real estate, George had a long career as a tech industry executive, responsible for engineering, operations and quality. After college, George spent 20 years as a US Army Signal Corps officer, with whom he served two tours in Vietnam. He has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a Master’s from University of Colorado.

It is important to George to give back to the community. He is Vice Chair of a lecture series at Oatlands Plantation and is an enthusiastic volunteer in a number of community causes.
