Jake Lanier is a real estate investor, public relations professional, and licensed DC agent. His extensive personal experience with every step of the buying and selling process allows him to easily view each transaction from his client’s perspective and provide customized strategies for every unique situation.
Jake’s background includes residential restoration and commercial development in DC, Georgia, and Tennessee. While working as a publicist for a top music PR firm and record label in Nashville, TN, Jake renovated and sold his first investment property, breaking the price-per-square-foot record for Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. He has since renovated multiple homes and rental properties; launched a full-service PR agency with publicists in DC, New York, Nashville, and Toronto; and embarked on a 33-acre commercial development project in Georgia.
While each project differs in scope, location, and purpose, Jake’s goal is always the same: to proactively identify neighborhoods on the rise and redesign homes for the modern age without sacrificing charm, character, or timeless appeal. He credits his eye for craftsmanship and design to a childhood spent watching his parents grow a rural framing company into a thriving commercial construction firm now spanning most of the United States.
Jake met his partner, Deena, while earning a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia. They live in DC’s Petworth neighborhood and welcomed their daughter, Mae, to the family in September of 2021.
