My name is Eldon Lambert. If you live on St. Croix you may already know me or my name. That's because I have been in the real estate business for more than 25 years. As a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, I have worked closely with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, surveyors, mortgage lenders and other professionals since I began ELDON LAMBERT APPRAISALS, INC. twenty five years ago. I was born and raised in Indian Lake, Ohio before moving to St. Croix in 1980. I taught in Public Schools on St. Croix for 8 years, which was a great introduction to the island community.
