Andrea made Alexandria her home over ___ years ago after moving from Connecticut after finishing her Master’s in Teaching. It was during her teaching career, that Andrea began investing in real estate and at 23 years old, purchased her first property. Since then, she has bought, managed, renovated, and sold a variety of investment properties, including a multi-use commercial property with a restaurant, condos, and a marina. Her experience with real estate goes even further back to her immigrant parents, who invested and managed single family, multi-family, and apartment building complexes. Andrea grew up helping her Greek parents achieve the American Dream - spending her free time working the properties with her Dad. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She recently downsized to Old Town Alexandria with her husband of over 25 years. As empty nesters, she and her husband are renewing their love of the DC area by exploring local eateries, sporting and musical events and spending time on the water near the Chesapeake Bay. She is also committed to her community and volunteers regularly. She actively supports several charities including the Campagna Center, Wounded Warriors, ArtSpire, the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the Gonzaga Annual Fund.
