Sarah McCallister

Sarah McCallister is an integral part of Paul Riddolls’s top-producing team. Sarah creates rapport and builds confidence with her ability to seamlessly navigate the entire real estate process from listing to close of escrow. Sarah possess a comprehensive skill set ranging from contract and transaction coordination to expertise in vacant land development and residential and commercial sales.

In addition, Sarah’s personable and professional character and dynamic personality allows her to build and maintain solid client relationships. Her dedication to each client is grounded in a passion for excellence and fueled by an unrelenting work ethic. Sarah has earned her spot next to Paul on the Sotheby’s International Realty top-producers list ranking #3 for number of properties listed on the Peninsula and successfully closing over 50 million dollars in real estate since 2014.

Prior to her success in real estate Sarah enjoyed serving at the executive level in the public sector, managing large State and Federal contracts and providing clinical services to the disenfranchised. In addition, she founded a successful import/export business manufacturing and importing building products, as well as furniture, from Asia in the early 2000’s where she developed a passion for architecture and design.

Sarah earned both an undergraduate degree and graduate level counseling certification from John F. Kennedy University and did graduate work at Golden Gate University in Public Administration/Non-Profit Management.

She is the proud parent of her son, Tristan, who is an AP honors student and three sport athlete at Carmel High School. Sarah loves travel, all things outdoors, has a philanthropic nature and as an accolade equestrian, enjoys schooling her young horse, Huck, out in Carmel Valley.
