This Finca is characterized by the sloping hills and valleys with seasonally occurring streams.

The vegetation is typically the Mediterranean with Holm oaks, large oak trees, junipers, and ash trees.

There are 10 artificial ponds that flow and collect rainwater ensuring a consistent water supply throughout the year.

There are many permanent and well-established wells, which are equipped with stone pylons and troughs for better water conservation.

There is a large variety of species present in the Coto, as it is an area with ideal conditions for maintaining larger hunting populations.
