Our Martha’s Vineyard Community Housing Fund
In 2019, Wallace & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty established a fund to give back to our Island Community. This collaboration with the Martha’s Vineyard Community Foundation provides support for housing needs on the Island. Every year, we donate a portion of every commission from all property sales to our Community Housing Fund. Grants from this fund are used to support affordable housing projects and other needed housing services on Martha’s Vineyard.
