Cathy Spencer has a vast spectrum of experience in the field of real estate. She began her real estate career as an agent in 1979. For the next 10 years, she was one of the top producing agents in her office.

During this time, she was asked to mentor new agents that came into the office. With her support, many agents produced their first transactions and launched successful real estate careers.

In 1989, based on the success she was having working with new agents, she was asked to take over as a branch manager for Coldwell Banker. She skillfully took a branch that had not produced profit in 4 years into a profitable picture within 18 months.

In 1993, she opened a start up branch of Mason McDuffie. She grew it from the ground up and established the branch as a major player in the marketplace. This branch converted to Prudential California Realty a couple of years later. This new affiliation gave her an opportunity to become involved with top quality training and mentoring programs, expanding the tools and support programs she was able to use to create profitable results for the company and the agents in her office.

With exposure to these top notch training programs, Cathy found her passion for helping agents grow their business and achieve the success they were seeking. She was given the opportunity to leave branch management and become the Director of Training for Prudential in 1999. During her years with Prudential, she also collaborated in creating additional training programs to support agents at all experience levels.

In 2002, she was offered a unique opportunity to create a new agent training program for RE/MAX California Hawaii. It was the first program of its kind that RE/MAX provided for new agents. She created an entire new agent curriculum with a mentoring and support program that was designed to help new agents get into production as quickly as possible and to blend into an environment composed of highly successful agents.

She has continued to refine this program as well as add new programs designed to help experienced agents recover from business slumps and to take their business to the next level. She has successfully implemented these programs with other regional real estate companies and also provides training to members of the Bay East Association of Realtors.

With 32 years of hands on experience in the field of real estate, Cathy is uniquely qualified to help agents thrive in any kind of market conditions.
