Sugar Creek at a Glance

Sotheby's International Realty
Sugar Creek, one of Sugar Land’s original and most impressive master-planned neighborhoods, spreads over 1,200 acres with natural waterways, stately moss-draped trees, and ponds. Several of Sugar Creek’s homes overlook the signature Robert Trent Jones, Sr. 27-hole golf course at the private Sugar Creek Country Club. The stately clubhouse with columns has been a trademark in Sugar Land since it opened in 1972. The club also offers a 50-meter swimming pool, tennis courts, and a fitness facility. Residents can drive their golf cart from their own home to the golf course.

Riverbend Country Club, which is next to Sugar Creek Country Club, opened in 1957. The golf course boasts fifty-year old oak and pecan trees, and water on 14 holes. Also, a 25-meter swimming pool and a wading pool are available to members.

Home prices in Sugar Creek generally range from the low $200,000s to the $800,000s with some sales ranging to more than $1 million. All homes in Sugar Creek were built with fire and intrusion alarms, and free central monitoring is available for homeowners by request.
