As Vice President of Operations for Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty, Inc. Paul Kilian oversees all aspects of the accounting, marketing, information technology, community outreach, contracts, showing, and facility departments for the company's multiple offices throughout the greater Houston region.
Paul relocated to Houston in 2014 to join Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty after eight years with Sotheby's International Realty in New York. At Sotheby's International Realty, he played a major role in the company's success working closely with local management in 13 major markets across the United States to focus on strategic goals, acquisitions, profitability, and recruiting and retaining top agents. During his tenure at Sotheby's International Realty, Paul implemented innovative time-saving processes that allowed staff and agents to focus on how to best service their clients.
Paul has presented to the real estate industry trade group AAREA on "How to Run a Profitable Brokerage." His presentation focused on best practices and key indicators and shared new ideas and non-traditional ways to look at building business.
Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Paul worked in organizational finance and strategic positions with Independence Blue Cross, and Orbitz.com (Traveleaders). He is a graduate of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and received his MBA at Fairleigh Dickenson University in New Jersey.
