During a successful career in management with Dick's Sporting Goods, Blake Pruitt was responsible for over $20 million in sales. He had the opportunity to work with many different personalities, gaining a vast amount of experience in marketing, customer service, team building, problem-solving, and he brings that expertise to Alliance Sotheby’s International Realty.

Blake is currently an inspired member of the National Association of Realtors, with the provability to plan, negotiate, and grow investments. Master in marketing, real estate, and business development, his commitment to his clients has gone beyond the old standard of customer satisfaction toward a new standard of customer delight. He is dedicated to exceeding every expectation, and, in the process, establishing lifelong friendships with his clients.

By effectively identifying his clients’ needs and goals, he can help achieve those goals through creative marketing plans, using skilled negotiating tactics for their benefit. In his spare time, Blake enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. You’ll often find him fly fishing on the Clinch River, hiking in Montreat, NC, or camping with his wife and their two small children.
