Kim Boyd and Kathryn Boyd Crabtree of The Boyd Team are an award-winning mother and daughter real estate team proudly serving clients throughout the Metro Atlanta area. They work with buyers and sellers at every price point throughout the Metro Atlanta area, primarily focusing on the cities and communities of Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Vinings, Dunwoody, Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Morningside and the Emory area. Native Atlantans, Kim and her daughter Kathryn have both been surrounded by real estate for their entire lives. A true family affair, Kim’s mother and Kathryn’s grandmother, Holly Boyett, is an icon in the Atlanta real estate industry. Holly was the No. 1 top-producing agent in the Atlanta area for most of the 32 years that she sold real estate.

Kim specializes in all buyer and seller markets, from first-time buyers to luxury listings in areas including but not limited to Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Vinings, Dunwoody, Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Morningside and the Emory area.

Kim danced as a star dancer in 2022’s Dancing Stars of Atlanta benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. She personally raised over $150,000 for the fundraiser, and she and her dancer pro received the First Place Runner-Up for the People’s Choice Award and the Judge’s Choice Award.

Kim lives in Brookhaven with her husband, Stephen. They have two daughters out of college, Kathryn and Kelly. When she’s not selling real estate, Kim can be found walking her dog around her Brookhaven neighborhood or hitting the tennis court at Capital City Country Club.

About Kathryn:Kathryn Boyd Crabtree was born and raised in Atlanta. She graduated from The Lovett School and holds both an undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Georgia. She is a licensed CPA and worked in client services for PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to joining her mother, Kim Boyd, in real estate.

Kathryn is a third-generation REALTOR®in her family. She has been surrounded by the business her entire life. Kathryn’s grandmother, Holly Boyett, is an icon in the Atlanta real estate industry. Kathryn’s mother, Kim, is currently in the Top 5% of the Atlanta REALTOR® Association and is a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producers.

Kathryn’s background of Atlanta and proximity to real estate throughout her life makes her an asset to both buyers and sellers. Her roots in public accounting and finance gives her an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and commitment to solely representing the best interests of her clients.

Kathryn serves on the Board of the 300 Club of Atlanta. The 300 Club of Atlanta was founded in December of 1991 with the express purpose of assisting the officers and families of firefighters, police officers and first responders who are either disabled or killed in the line of duty. Additionally, the organization seeks to provide special state-of-the-art equipment to metro area organizations, such as the Atlanta Fire Department.
