With over $155 million in sales, Pliny is not only a Realtor®, he is a true partner for those he works with in real estate. Pliny was a 53 year resident of Ventura County, CA before relocating to San Antonio in 2007. Pliny began his career with Coldwell Banker in 1984, more than 31 years ago. After 23 years of successful real estate sales in Ventura County and seeing what was once farmland and ranches turn to concrete and buildings, Pliny decided it was time for a change in his life and took a temporary assignment in Texas. After a few months in San Antonio, Pliny fell in love with Texas, the people, and the lifestyle, which reminded him of his youth. A successful businessman, Pliny is the eldest of 10 children. He lived the California experience in its entirety, as the child of a family who first came to Ventura County in 1918. His great-grandfather was an innovative and talented rancher and businessman, who built Fowler & Meyers Pipe Manufacturing from the ground up, and in doing so built much of the infrastructure of his surrounding county.

Pliny, following his grandfather in innovation and hard work, has relocated literally hundreds of families from around the globe. After relocating so many fine folks, Pliny now has firsthand knowledge of relocating himself to his new home in San Antonio. In doing so, he has the first hand empathy of what you are experiencing in relocating to a new area or the stress of leaving your home. In his free time, Pliny is passionate about his wildlife and landscape photography, and painting of the Texas Hill Country. He also likes to fish, travel and enjoys history.
