Marybeth Hubenak

Marybeth believes in maintaining a professional and honest, yet personal relationship with her clients. Her dedication to knowing the market, listening to clients needs and providing reliable and dedicated service are reflected in the fact that referrals are a major part of Marybeth's business. As a native Austinite, Marybeth believes in community involvement. She is an active sustaining member of The Junior League. Marybeth also supports Catholic Charities, Hospice Austin, Alzheimer's Association, St. Michaels Catholic Academy and Rawson Saunders School for Children with Dyslexia. Marybeth received her Real Estate license in 1999. Her professional associations include Austin Board of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. She also holds the professional designation of Accredited Buyer Representative and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Marybeth was awarded the distinction of Elite 25 for 2004 & 2008, an honor awarded to less than 1% of Austin's area realtors. She is committed to continuing education and received her Brokers license in 2007. Marybeth specializes in Central and West Austin communities, including Westlake and Barton Creek. Marybeth and her husband, Jeff, have two children, Holly and Zach. They are members of St. John Neumann Catholic Church and are residents of Barton Creek.
