Sonya Cunningham

As a native Austinite, Sonya Cunningham has witnessed the beautiful evolution of her city, from a quiet spot on the Central Texas map to the diverse cultural mecca it is today. Inspired by her mother, Karen, Sonya embarked on a lifelong passion of helping others with real estate in 2003. Sonya is experienced throughout the Austin area and specializes in both urban properties and suburban neighborhoods alike. Having grown up in Westlake along with her deep love for the iconic Hill Country landscape, she offers intimate knowledge of the homes and communities nestled there. Each day, Sonya strives to educate her clients in order to help them achieve their unique real estate vision.

Sonya sold $30 Million in Real Estate in 2022 and launched the Cunningham Real Estate Group to ensure that she can always provide the high level of service that her clients have come to expect from her. She is passionate about blockchain and Digital Assets, especially where it intersects with Real Estate. She is a Crypto Certified Agent and is a member of the Texas Blockchain Council.

Sonya has two children, Layla and Hendrix, who are the joy of her life. She also loves cooking, shopping at local farmers’ markets, cheering on her favorite football teams, and savoring the craft food and beer culture in Austin.
