Joyce Marshall

Joyce received her real estate license in 1974 and obtained her broker's license in 1976. Joyce has been involved in every imaginable type of real estate transaction and is experience in all phases of the business. She is a native of the Texas Hill Country having spent much of her life near Kerrville and Fredericksburg. Prior to owning her own companies, Joyce was broker of record for Kerrville Prime Properties, which was owned by the heir to the King Ranch, Robert R. Shelton. Selling ranches and cutting horse properties were a specialty.

Joyce has owned and operated multiple businesses since 1984, one of which was Ranch World. During her career in the Hill Country, Joyce has been a member of the Kerrville Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Christian Woman's Corp, Women's Investment Network, and Riverhill Country Club.


Husband Ron and Joyce have been Austin homeowners since 1996. Together they owned Marshall Properties. They have focused on residential properties in Bee Caves, Westlake, Davenport Ranch and Barton Creek, as well as farm and ranch offerings in Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Blanco, New Braunfels and everywhere in between. Her experience in residential and ranch sales has made her a consistent multi-million dollar a year producer. She loves her work and is proud to say that she is loyal, hard-working, and always puts her clients first.

Outside of her real estate career, Joyce enjoys time spent with her children and grandchildren, and buying, remodeling, and decorating houses.
