Charlie Kuper was born and raised in San Antonio. He founded Kuper Sotheby's International Realty (formerly Kuper Realty Corp.) in 1972 and was responsible for the overall strategic direction, marketing and management of the company until December 2005.
His real estate experience includes marketing and brokerage of mixed-use, master-planned communities in addition to commercial and farm & ranch properties. He has also developed various office, retail and condominium projects, and served 3 years as a part-time real estate professor at Trinity University, San Antonio. Under his guidance, Kuper Realty was involved in over 16,000 real estate transactions totaling over $3 Billion.
Charlie also serves as an Advisory Director and Marketing Consultant for Kuper Sotheby's and is a director of The San Antonio Economic Development Foundation.
He is married, has one son and one stepdaughter.
