In Nathan’s nine years as an agent, he successfully managed more than $146 million in real estate transactions. Through his market knowledge and expertise, he closed more than 360 transactions from King William, Alamo Heights, Monte Vista, Stone Oak, Shavano Park, Boerne, The Dominion, and surrounding areas. His accomplishments, which speak volumes for his work ethic and continued success as an agent, won him the San Antonio Business Journal Top 25 Realtor, Platinum Top 50 Realtor, and places him in the top one percent of San Antonio-area Realtors.
Before he began a career in real estate, Nathan was employed at CHRISTUS Health in the business development, physician relations, and hospital operations departments. His experiences as a healthcare executive taught him that the key to success is identifying and providing the right tools and environment for users to thrive in. Nathan’s most successful period was when he directed the partnerships program. He was responsible for building lifelong relationships with physicians and providers, helped allocate the perfect environment for their practice, and equipped them with the right tools to be successful. Providing this setting is his talent, and doing so as a realtor who services families, is his passion.
Nathan has always had a passion for the finest in both architecture and design. He is deeply ingrained in local and global culture. When he travels, his itineraries are centered on art galleries, relevant architecture, and the best local restaurants. With his wife, Rita, and son, Arlo, they enjoy traveling, exploring San Antonio parks, cooking, and projects around the house. They typically can be found hosting swim and dinner parties for friends and family. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Angelo State University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University.
