Amy utilizes her 24 years of collective experience in real estate and business, to expertly market your property. With a background in real estate law as a paralegal, she understands the intricacies involved in maneuvering safely through real estate transactions.

She has collaborated with architects, engineers, county and state agencies in completing building projects. Projects include commercial office, residential building, log cabin dismantle and re-build projects and extensive renovations. Amy also has experience with floodplain and FEMA overlay and holds a water rights accreditation with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Amy has been a resident of Boerne for twenty-one years. She is married to Cody Dutton, a real estate Broker. They have three teenage children, Cole, Sara and Stran. In their free time, they enjoy their family ranch. Horses, rodeo and ranching have always been a part of their lives.
