Laura Biles epitomizes competence, integrity, and dedication, paying attention to every detail of her clients’ transactions. Laura takes real estate personally! Laura started in the real estate business after a successful career in the oil and gas industry, working in the land and legal department. This experience combined with her love of the design and build process of her personal custom homes led to a full-time career as a licensed real estate sales agent. Laura’s philosophy is simply – a person’s home is their family’s identity – a sense of place. Marketing a unique property requires a personalized marketing plan. When helping someone purchase a home, Laura’s priority is matching clients with their ideal place, and then guiding them through the step-by-step process from offer to negotiation, inspections, and escrow. A Boerne resident since 1992, Laura and her husband Roy have custom built five homes. Laura and Roy live on acreage just outside of Boerne where the Texas stars are big and bright and the deer still eat the landscaping. They are Charter Members of Messiah Lutheran Church in Boerne and raised three children with a son who served in the armed forces that included a tour of duty in Iraq. Laura formerly held a Single Engine Pilot’s License and loves to travel. She is a boating enthusiast, loves jet skis and scuba diving. They hunt and saltwater fish along our gorgeous Texas coastlines.
