Local Expertise. Global Connections.

Bryan A. Montemarano has called Texas home since 1986. After graduating from high school on the Northwest Side of Houston, his college pursuits took him to New York where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree at the Manhattan School of Music and a Master’s Degree from New York University. Following his studies in New York, Bryan returned to Texas where he has been an active member in the arts and cultural scene. A passion for the arts, specifically jazz and the music of the 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s, prompted Bryan to run his own booking, marketing, and production business. With a focus on jazz and his love of big band music, he grew his business to an international level.

In 2015, Bryan became a licensed Real Estate agent and has now chosen to make Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty his business home. “I have always been a champion of locally built and owned companies who have strong reputations for themselves in the community and at the international level. The Kuper family has done just that. This company has the ability to think both locally and globally which is a necessity in today’s ever-shrinking world.”

In order to help his clients make the best decision possible, Bryan takes a very analytical approach to sell real estate. He gathers all of the required information and assists his clients in looking at the full picture involving their real estate transaction. Because of his approach, Bryan pairs very well with analytical clients such as engineers, architects, doctors, and accountants. He is not interested in the quick hard sell but prefers to build a long-lasting relationship with his clients.

In his spare time, Bryan loves globe trekking with his wife and daughter, diving into the local cultural diversities they encounter along the way. Whether it’s dining in the Alps of Switzerland or taking in a cricket match in Australia, Bryan believes adventures are the spice of life. He is involved in the arts, both locally and internationally, as a member of the voting board for the Recording Academy (The Grammy Awards).

Bryan believes there are many overlaps in his skill set. “Being involved in the arts, you develop great communication skills that help you connect with people of all ages. In addition to the people skills, I have negotiated many contracts for both musicians and full international touring productions, which have helped sharpen my negotiating skills over the years,” states Montemarano. Bryan’s love of architectural detail, and his desire to help people realize their dream of finding the unique property just for them has led him to embark on the next phase of his career as a real estate professional.
