Richard Specia

Richard Specia began his career with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Texas Tech.  He then went on to become an Army veteran, receiving two Bronze Stars. Richard's true passion, however, is real estate, which lead him to carry out a successful career as a home builder. During his building years, Richard sold and built over 1,200 projects, including award-winning custom homes, upscale remodeling, and commercial projects. His favorite part of the building business was working with customers to build them the home of their dreams. This home-building knowledge gives his clients a unique perspective when considering homes to purchase. Aside from real estate, Richard enjoys cooking for friends, hanging out at Lake McQueeney, and sailing.
