Sean Gillispie

With a strong focus on Land & Ranch properties throughout Central Texas, commercial listings, luxury residential properties, and new construction builds, Sean Gillispie applies his 27 years of service to ensure the perfect experience. With a record-breaking year in 2021, he was inducted into the Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty’s President’s Club and San Antonio Business Journal’s Top 25 luxury agents, selling over $28 million in Land & Ranch, commercial and residential properties.

Entrepreneurial drive and a business management background have given Sean the know-how to multitask and manage any project with an efficient plan and excellent communication and listening skills. Sean draws on his unique business consulting experience and will negotiate with competence to ensure the perfect experience. In addition to his real estate license, Sean holds many designations, including Accredited Luxury Home Specialists (ALHS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), New Home Construction (NHC), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation as well.

Sean wasn’t born in Texas but feels he has been adopted as a “native Texan.” In 1991, he moved to McAllen, Texas, where he attended The University of Texas-Pan American. He studied Business Management and Marketing at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Sean has made San Antonio his home since 2001 and takes pride in being a family man, enjoying time with his wife, and attending all of their kids’ many sporting events.

Sean has created events for philanthropic causes, specifically St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, raising close to $100,000 over the years. He had the opportunity to visit and tour the facility, cementing his passion for helping children facing the toughest childhood cancers and pediatric diseases. Sean shifted his focus in 2020 to help volunteer and bring awareness to ChildSafe, Bexar County’s most advanced trauma-focused care center for child victims and child survivors of abuse and neglect and their non-offending family members.
