Lana Morin Pierce spent the past 18+ years as a top-producing real estate agent in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world. In addition to her outstanding sales track record as an agent, Lana has also held leadership positions within the industry, more recently as the Vice President and Managing Officer of a Silicon Valley office comprised of 40 agents.
Lana’s expertise and knowledge of the real estate business have made her a respected leader in the industry, earning her the distinguished Intero Leadership Award, an award recognizing a single outstanding leader amongst peer leaders; additionally, she earned the highly coveted Intero Value Award, an award recognizing the agent who best demonstrates the company’s values of integrity, compassion, loyalty, commitment, and professionalism. Lana is passionate about serving the communities in which she lives. She is a former Board Member and the past President of the Intero Foundation, a foundation that serves disadvantaged children and seniors in local communities. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Samaritan House and is a member of Rotary International.
In 2021, Lana teamed up with friend and top producing agent, Jenny Dicker, and together formed the Dicker Morin Group. Lana and Jenny bring passion, exceptional service, results and fun to the home selling and home buying process. Lana graduated from UNLV and currently resides in Bee Cave, TX. She is the proud Mom of a 13-year-old daughter who attends school in the Lake Travis ISD. Lana loves traveling, cooking, live music, new restaurants, time at the pool or on the lake and cherishes moments spent with her family and friends.
