Jennifer Kinch

Jenn started in Real Estate Sales in April 2021. She jumped into the industry with a positive, goal setting mindset and has seen extreme growth. In 2022, she began building Boss Babes Real Estate Group, to be a team of strong independent women building their careers in Real Estate. She loves helping people and provides top level service to her clients and support to her Team.

Jenn graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Accounting. She has worked in an array of industries including retail, wholesale flower distribution, wholesale glass manufacturing, restaurant management, commercial solar, aviation, government contracting and now her favorite...Real Estate! She believes that each position she has held throughout her career has built her into the businesswoman that she is today and values each and every one.

Jenn lives in Egg Harbor Township with her husband, 3 children and 3 pups. She enjoys going on family vacations, spa days, advocating for animals, and all things Disney! You can always catch her working with a local charity or planning the next big fun event in town.
