Dustin was born and raised in Zimbabwe, and has spent time living and working in many different countries all around the world. He spent time as a white water river guide and directed the marketing department of a lion rehabilitation program, African Encounter, for 4 years. In 2008, he moved to the Grand Cayman Islands, and spent 6 years gaining valuable hospitality experience working at the Ritz-Carlton. This was a stepping stone in Dustin’s international career, as he spent time learning the process of buying and developing restaurants.
In 2013, Dustin moved to South Jersey to start his family, and welcomed a son later that year. Dustin has been part of the hospitality industry for over 16 years, and has connections all over the world. He has always had an interest in real estate, beginning with his parents, who have bought and sold multiple restaurants and properties, which has given Dustin knowledge and insight of the real estate industry from a young age. This has inspired him to begin his real estate career, and through the amalgamation of the skills he learned throughout previous professions; customer service, innovative marketing, and a dedication to excellence, he has found success.
