Phyllis Patterson

Phyllis Patterson has over 30 years of real estate experience. She specializes in properties in historic Old Town Alexandria, Mount Vernon, along the scenic George Washington Parkway, and throughout Northern Virginia, and offers extensive knowledge of waterfront homes, residential land development, and custom home building. Phyllis is a Life Member of NVAR’s Top Producers and was named by Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends as the #113th agent in the country in 2017. She is also a graduate of the Realtors Institute of Virginia, a designation held by only 12% of realtors in the state. Phyllis has four children and currently lives in Alexandria with her husband and dog.
