Logan MacKethan

Logan is a native Washingtonian who brings her extensive service, professional and negotiation skills to real estate. For the past several years, she has been representing clients in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia. Prior to joining TTR Sothebys International Realty Bethesda office, Logan represented clients in Charlottesville, VA as part of Roy Wheeler Realty. Prior to her time in Virginia, Logan was a 20 year resident of Spring Valley and AU park.

Earlier in her career, Logan was the Director of Trusts and Estates for Bonham & Butterfield auction house in San Francisco. While there, she worked closely with more than 200 estate planning attorneys and private collectors to manage the estate’s consignment and care of personal property. Her years of handling and selling cherished possessions make her an ideal realtor for clients in situations that require an added level of discretion and care.

In addition, Logan worked for Sallie Mae as the Regional Sales Representative covering the West Coast region’s banking partners. In this capacity, she worked closely with her clients and developed the stellar negotiation skills she uses today.

Logan’s customer-focused career and knowledge of business positions her clients for success. When a client feels heard and cared for, that’s when Logan knows she has succeeded in her duties to help each individual fulfill their real estate goals. She is recognized for her energy and ability to find properties before they hit the market.

In 2011, Logan founded an art consulting firm, Logan Collections. In addition to showing and selling her own work, she focused on placing art in residential and commercial properties. As an abstract landscape painter, Logan brings a unique aesthetic to her clients which enables her to highlight what is special about a property. Her visual skills allow her to showcase a home to bring top dollar and envision how a space can be transformed.

Logan has been involved in leadership with many organizations both in Washington, D.C. as well as Charlottesville, VA including the Corcoran Women's Committee and The Women’s Initiative. She lives with her husband and beagle mix, and has three kids. When she isn’t providing top tier service in real estate, she enjoys renovation projects and is an avid paddle tennis player and pickle ball player.
